Terms of Sales

By booking your stay in our escape room love, you agree to respect the following rules:

• The escaperoom is designed to accommodate up to 4 people maximum. Customers are invited to respect this maximum number.
• Customers must respect the neighborhood and avoid any disturbance. Any harmful or dangerous behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the establishment.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house, including at the windows. Any breach of this rule will result in a penalty of €200.
• Minors are not allowed for security reasons.
• Pets are not allowed for health reasons.

Reservation and cancellation

For any cancellation of stay, you can contact us by e-mail at contact@lescaperoom.fr

1. If you cancel more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund 100% of the payment made
2. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, we retain 50% of the payment made for the nights and refund all the options ordered.
3. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, we retain the full payment made.

In the event of termination during the stay, the duration of the stay is that provided for in the rental contract. 

If the conditions of use of the Escape room are not respected, the rental contract may be terminated without compensation, without delay or compensation.

Services, prices and payment

• The service includes the privatization of the Escape room during your stay, a cleaning fee, accessories and objects to enhance your stay, an Internet connection and secure access.
• Rates vary according to the days of the week and weekends and are indicated in real time on our "rates & reservation" page.
• Payment and the deposit of €500 (without debit) are made via the Stripe platform.

Termination during the stay

The duration of the stay is that provided for in the rental contract. In the event that you do not comply with the conditions of use of the rented Escape room, the rental contract may be terminated automatically by our establishment, without indemnification or compensation.

Arrival and departure

The arrival and departure times are stipulated in the booking confirmation email. Arrivals and departures are totally autonomous.

Changes to stay dates

The duration of the stay is that provided when booking. Any change of date must be reported 15 days before the reserved date and will be considered as a cancellation if the deadline is not respected.

In the event of cancellation more than 7 days before the date of arrival, we will propose to you to modify the dates of your stay or to transform your stay into a gift card with a period of validity of 6 months or to reimburse you in full your stay.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the date of arrival, we will retain the full amount paid by the customer.
